FSA is committed to assisting human service professionals to meet their continuing education needs for enrichment and licensure compliance.

The South Jersey Training Institute (SJTI): SJTI provides professional training to individuals and organizations throughout the southern region of New Jersey, specifically targeting social workers and counselors, corporate management, and direct line staff.

Mental Health Cultural Competence Training Center: FSA provides Cultural Competence Training to Division of Mental Health and Addictions funded agencies in the 12 central/southern counties within the State of New Jersey. This initiative is designed to educate and train individual practitioners and provider agencies in curriculum that addresses how to better serve mental health clients within therapeutic modalities. We simultaneously provide technical assistance to this same audience, consulting and providing suggestions in improving infrastructures to better address culturally and ethnically diverse consumers. Continuing Education Credits are approved for MHCCC courses.
