Paid Time Off

Vacation - 20 days per year

Sick Days - 15 days per year

Holidays - 9 legal holidays per year

Personal Days - 3 per year

Employee Appreciation Day- 1 per year

Bereavement Leave - Up to 3 days

Military Leave - Two weeks annual training leave

Full time employees are eligible after 30 days of employment. Each full time employee receives a budgeted amount of money to select from a Cafeteria Plan Menu or Cash equivalent consisting of the following:

FSA/Employee Assistance Program - After successful completion of 6-month probationary period, an employee and/or their immediate family can receive up to three confidential counseling sessions at no charge from contracted Professional Therapists.  In addition, FSA employees only are eligible to receive three counseling sessions at no charge at any Family Service Agency in New Jersey

Group Life Insurance - $7,500 per employee

Pension/Life

Retirement/Pension - 8% of employee's annual salary for each employee who qualifies for the pension after 2yrs. of consecutive service.

Group Life - 1.5% employee’s annual salary after 2 years of consecutive service.

Tax Deferred Annuity Plan - Paid 100% and voluntarily by the employee for Retirement/Long Term savings.

       Employer Provided Group Life Insurance-

       Eligibility – All full time employees after 2 years of service

       Coverage- One and half times annual salary, plus accidental death and dismemberment

       Employer Provided Group Disability Insurance-

       Eligibility- All full time employees after 2 full years of service

       Coverage- 60% of first $50,000 of annual salary, plus 40% of any salary in excess of $50,000

        Employer Retirement Plan- Defined Contribution Plan-

        Eligibility- Any employee age 21 and older that has completed 2 years of service.

        Employer Contribution- 8% of gross monthly compensation

        Vesting- 100% full and immediate

        Disability Annuity Credit- Yes

        Loans are not permitted

        Employee Retirement Savings Opportunity: Tax deferred Annuity Saving Plan

        Eligibility- Immediate from date of hire

        Vesting- 100% full and immediate

         Loans are permitted

Contribution- from 1% (or $10.00 per paycheck) to $100% on a calendar year basis to a maximum   

limited to $15,500 in 2007. Plus, for those age 50 and over an additional $5,500 catch up contribution in   2007 is available.

Tax Savings- reduces Federal Taxable Income currently and grows each year on a tax deferred basis until retirement or withdrawal.
